Rathmines Road: Construction 2009
A return to an existing listed Georgian house is remodelled and sleeved in sheeted timber to incorporate a series of serviced rooms and external terraces on a number of floor levels. The main house is refurbished with a number of principal rooms being activated by carefully crafted insertions.
