A pin-wheel plan makes a house that is well-orientated to the path of the sun. Shelter is made by a series of enclosures both built and planted. Horizontal heat collectors in the ground, collection of rainwater from the flat roofs and high levels of insulation ensure the highest energy rating achievable.
